Undoubtedly one of the great red varieties of Catalonia, sumoll is a grape that requires a lot of effort and attention in the vineyard. The prize is a wine as elegant as it is authentic, fresh, intense and incredibly Mediterranean.
 
100% sumoll. Fermentation and aging for about eight months in used French oak barrels. Aging for approximately one year in the bottle, at cellar temperature, before release.
