The naturally sweet wine that we have been making for our own consumption since 2004. By public request, we have expanded its production a little so that we can offer it to you, always in very limited quantities.
 
 100% Viognier, with the natural sugars from the must itself. Fortified at about 15 degrees with brandy, and aged through the solera system.
